How to be authenticated and receive a UIN

You belong to one of the sectors cites above. Before asking to be authenticated, you must be able to collect and provide for your company or organisation the following documents:

1. The registration number and name of the subscriber of your company’s registration
2. The complete and valid list of your trade names, service names, business names, names of ships, associations, clubs. This for all names you would like to register in the future.
3. Name, e-mail address, telephone and fax of a contact in your organisation
4. Supporting documents must then be provided in order to validate each name requested.

You will be provided with further information during the authentication process.

How to obtain a UIN if you are not a member of an authenticating travel association?

If you have a DUNS number issued by D&B please log on to http://www.authentication.travel/index.jsp?ap=db and start the authentication process.

If you do not have a DUNS number you can obtain such a number from D&B by clicking on www.dnb.com and enter the country you are from on “D&B worldwide sites” window
