- The Internet Sales Marketing team
Sells directly to customers (resellers and individual users), managing their portfolio of domain names through NAMEBAY's websites.
This team consists of business agents that offer consulting and assistance to customers worldwide.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of NAMEBAY's computer platform (websites, registries interface, etc.) and the application NAMEBAY Watch ® (domain name portfolio management software for direct customers and brand firms).
- The Monitoring, Innovation, Consulting and Analysis team
Responsible for monitoring technological and economic issues related to domain names, business intelligence and direct marketing.
- The Marketing and Communication team
Responsible for managing websites (usability, SEO, statistics, graphics, brochures, etc.), external communications (newsletters, blogs, etc.), provider relations and partnerships.
Responsible for accreditation with registries and processing claims (UDRP: Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy)
